The Keeping in Touch Ministry has got off to a good start, with over 20 of our young adults signing up to recieve letters and other small items by post as they study and train, from our church family.
Most of our young adults who are attending university or taking place in apprenticeships or workplace training have now returned to their studies after the Christmas break. During this first term, our young adults have recieved letters, UCB Bible reading notes, verse cards, books, bars of chocolate and Christmas cards, reminding them that they are valued and prayed for by their church family in Boardmills.
As a church family, it is important that we pray for these young people as they begin a new term. This is often the term when placements take place or main sections of coursework are handed in and so can be a stressful time for apprentices and students. Please remember our young adults in your prayers,  as they settle in to a new term, some away from home and pick up studies and relationships where they left off before Christmas.
If you are a young adult,  or know of a young adult who has not yet been contacted by our Keeping in Touch ministry, please contact Alison Mason for details of how to get involved.
